A: All equipment in the starter kits is branded OneGoal.
Q: Why does the equipment say “Rental”?
A: OneGoal’s mission is to introduce hockey to kids and increase participation in the sport. Our vision is that the Starter Kits will be offered for free to help eliminate the concerns about the expense of hockey for first-timers who want to experience the game through Learn to Skate or other local programs. These kits are not designed for regular use by hockey leagues.
Q: Are the major hockey manufacturers and/or USA Hockey in support of the OneGoal Equipment Program?
A: Yes, all four of the major hockey manufacturers and USA Hockey have expressed their support of the Equipment Program and have pledged resources to help make it a success.
Q: How are the kits being used to enhance player participation?
A: Current feedback has been very positive. Associations and rink owners have used the kits for Learn to Skate programs around the country. The kits are then reused as new programs are introduced.
Q: Where can I get some promotional materials to put up around my rink/school to promote OneGoal?
A: You can download, then print all OneGoal posters and other information from our website. We have 11 fun posters available. They can be found at: http://www.onegoal.com/ENG/fun-posters.html
